Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. grated mild cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can mushroom soup
2 to 4 Tbsp. minced onion
salt to taste
pepper to taste
3 crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed broccoli, 2 beaten eggs, mayonnaise, mushroom soup and onions.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Add salt and pepper.
Cover mixture with grated cheese.
Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers over top of casserole.
Cook in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
