Jellied Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. raw cranberries, ground
3/4 c. pecans, chopped
2 c. celery, chopped
2 c. apples, chopped
2 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
3 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry flavored gelatin
1 c. sugar
Preparation
-
Dissolve gelatin in 1-quart hot water.
Add 1-quart cold water.
When gelatin starts to congeal, add other ingredients and pour into molds to chill.
Serve on lettuce with dressing.
Makes 18 portions.
