Cabbs Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. green tomatoes
    2 c. onions
    1/2 c. hot pepper
    1 c. green pepper
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. vinegar (apple cider)
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Coarsely chop all vegetables.
    Add sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper.
    Add to chopped vegetables and boil 10 minutes.
    Pack in sterilized jars and seal.
