Buttermilk Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    3 large eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut, divided
    1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
Preparation
    Combine sugar and flour; set aside.
    Combine eggs and next 3 ingredients; add sugar mixture.
    Stir well.
    Stir in 2/3 cup coconut.
    Pour into pastry shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining coconut.
    Shield eggs with foil to prevent overbrowning.
    Bake 30 minutes longer or until set.
