Sweet Potato Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 c. mashed, boiled sweet potatoes
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. mace
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. orange extract

Preparation

Melt butter, add to potatoes, add beaten eggs.
Mix all dry ingredients and add to potato mixture alternately with milk.
Add vanilla and orange extract.
Put in 2 pie pans or 1 oblong pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until set.
