Norwegian Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 c. water
1/3 c. chocolate or 3 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. white syrup
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Cook sugar, water, cocoa and syrup to soft ball stage.
Add vanilla and butter.
Cool and knead into rolls.
Slice as needed. Nuts may be added.
