Breakfast Sausage Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. venison, ground
    1 1/2 oz. salt (3 Tbsp.)
    1/2 oz. pepper
    1/2 oz. fennel (4 Tbsp.)
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    8 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 c. tomato puree
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
    Shape into patties.
