Pecan Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked natural brown rice
    3 crumbled Shredded Wheat biscuits
    1 pkg. George Washington broth
    1/2 tsp. McKay's chicken seasoning
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. parsley, minced
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    3 egg whites, beaten
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, folding egg whites in last.
    Pour into oiled loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 8.
