Mother'S Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. oatmeal
1 1/4 c. hot water

Preparation

Soak oatmeal in hot water and then mix all ingredients as listed above, adding oatmeal last.\tBake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes in a 9 x 13 x 2 1/4
inch pan.
