Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. ripe mashed banana
1/4 c. skim milk
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
6 Tbsp. Egg Beaters
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix bananas, Egg Beaters and skim milk. Add flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and nuts.
Mix well.
Pour into a loaf pan that has been prepared with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted is dry.
If using a glass loaf pan, set the oven at 325\u00b0.
