Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburger
    5 tsp. liquid smoke
    2 1/2 c. water
    5/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/4 tsp. onion powder
    2 1/2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    5 1/2 Tbsp. Tender Quick cure salt (Morton)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in bowl and let set in refrigerator at least 24 hours before baking.
