Chocolate Covered Cherries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks real butter
    2 lb. powdered sugar
    1 egg white
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1 large bag chocolate chips
    1 small bag chocolate chips
    1 extra large jar maraschino cherries, dried on paper towels
    1/4 bar paraffin
Preparation
    Melt chocolate and paraffin in double boiler.
    Mix the butter, sugar, egg white and vanilla.
    Wrap dough around well dried cherries; dip in chocolate.
    Place on waxed paper.
    Chill 10 minutes; place in covered container and refrigerate.
    Makes 70 to 75 pieces.
