Tilden Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 c. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs 1 at a time, beating well. Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with milk.
Add lemon extract.
Bake in 2 (9-inch) layer cake pans at 350\u00b0 for 30 or 40 minutes.
