Pork Chops Dijon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork loin chops, cut 3/4-inch thick
    2 Tbsp. Italian salad dressing
    2 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings
Preparation
    Trim excess fat from chops.
    In small bowl, combine salad dressing, mustard and pepper, brush mixture on both sides of chops.
    In a 12-inch skillet, cook chops, covered, over medium-low heat for 20 minutes.
    Turn chops, add onion, cover and cook 5 to 10 minutes more, or until meat is tender.
    Top with onions and pan juices.
    Makes 4 servings.
