Crescent Roll Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. mayo
    1/2 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch
    mushrooms
    lettuce
    onions
    tomatoes
    broccoli
    cauliflower
    shredded cheese
Preparation
    Pat crescent rolls in a 9 x 13-inch pan and up the sides. Bake 8 to 12 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Cool.
    Next spread the cream cheese, mayo and Hidden Valley Ranch mixture.
    Put on lettuce and any vegetables that you like, topping with shredded cheese.
