Lemon Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 good Tbsp. cornstarch
1 lemon and rind
1 c. water
1/2 cube butter (must be butter)
Preparation

Squeeze lemon and grate rind into saucepan.
Mix all other ingredients together, except butter, and cook until it comes to a boil, stirring often.
Continue cooking until it thickens.
When thick, take from stove and stir in butter.
Keep stirring.
Don't let it stick.
