Fluffy Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar or 2 packets Sweet 'N Low
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 large egg whites
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar or Sweet 'N Low, water, egg whites and cream of tartar in top of double boiler; beat at high speed for 1 minute. Set over simmering water in the bottom of a double boiler. Continue to beat at high speed for 4 to 5 minutes, until soft. Remove from heat when soft.
    Add vanilla to frosting; continue at high speed for 1 to 2 minutes, or until thick.
    Use 2 1/2 tablespoons per portion when frosting.
