Truly Mexican Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. chopped chiles
    4 medium tomatoes, chopped and seeded
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
    1 onion, minced
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all finely chopped vegetables.
    Stir in seasonings. Marinate 15 minutes.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Refrigerate or freeze.
