Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. uncooked Minute rice
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    1 c. water
    1 small diced onion
    1/8 c. margarine
    salt and pepper
    1/2 lb. cubed Velveeta or sharp cheese
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and pour into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or unti lightly brown.
