Peanut Butter Streusel Microwave Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. quick oats
3/4 c. chunky peanut butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. Micro Mix
2 eggs

Preparation

Combine oats,
powdered
sugar
and
peanut butter in a medium-sized bowl;
mix together until the mixture is crumbly. Combine mix,
eggs
and
mayonnaise in bowl.
Spray microwave-safe 10 x
6
x 2-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Spread batter in prepared dish.
Sprinkle with peanut-butter topping. Microwave at
half
power
(50%)
for 5 minutes, turning once. Turn again. Microwave
at
full
power
(100%) for 4 minutes. Remove dish
to wire
rack to cool completely before cutting. Makes 18 brownies.
