Ingredients

1 can biscuits (Grand)
1 jar pizza sauce
1 c. sliced tomatoes
1 c. chopped onions
1 small can mushrooms
1 c. chopped green peppers
2 c. Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Roll each biscuit out individually, then spread each with pizza sauce.
On one side of each biscuit, layer all veggies and top with cheese.
Then take other side and fold over top of the veggies. Close by using fork to press together.
Place each on greased cookie sheet.
Brush with butter on top and bake about 25 to 30 minutes.
