Fresh Herb Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil or vegetable oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh herb (tarragon, rosemary, basil, oregano, thyme or marjoram)
Preparation
    Shake all ingredients in tightly covered container.
    About 1 cup dressing; 60 calories per tablespoon.
