Corned Beef Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tin corned beef
1/4 c. finely chopped sweet pepper
1/2 c. flour
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 egg, beaten
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except flour. Form into patties; roll lightly in flour and fry in hot oil or butter or margarine until browned. Serve on toast or a bed of grits.
