Spaghetti Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. spaghetti, broken into pieces, cooked, drained and cooled *
16 oz. bottle Zesty Italian dressing
1 jar McCormick Salad Supreme seasoning (this is essential)
1/2 diced red onion
2 diced tomatoes or bunch halved cherry tomatoes
1 diced cucumber
1 diced small green pepper
1 can black olives
1/4 c. olive oil
2 garlic cloves, chopped
5 c. whole, seeded and drained fresh tomatoes or canned Italian tomatoes
1/4 c. chopped fresh oregano or 1 tsp. dried
salt and pepper
1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

In a large heavy skillet, heat oil until hot but not smoking. Add garlic and saute until golden brown.
Add tomatoes, parsley and oregano.
Simmer 35 to 40 minutes, adding salt and pepper to taste.
Serve over cooked and drained pasta of your choice and toss with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
Serve immediately.
