Pronto Pups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. corn meal
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix ingredients to use as the dip for Pronto Pups.
    Dry hot dogs on paper towel; push a stick (obtained from meat man) into hot dog to form handle.
    Dip into batter and fry in deep grease until golden brown.
    Optional:
    Serve with catsup and mustard.
