Italian Wedding Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or sausage
    1 tsp. garlic powder or 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1 egg
    1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans chicken broth
    1/2 cup Acine or Orzo noodles
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
Preparation
    Combine meat, garlic, egg, and bread crumbs.
    Form into very small (1/2 inch) meatballs.
    Cook through in skillet or bake. While meat is cooking bring broth to simmer in a large sauce pan. Add noodles and cook according to package directions.
    Add meatballs and spinach.
    Allow spinach to thaw.
    Remove from heat and serve.
