Homemade Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    1/2 c. plus 3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    6 c. plain flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 pkg. yeast (RapidRise 50% Fleischmann's)
Preparation
    Put Crisco and 2 cups water in boiler and heat until 120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0.
    In mixer, mix together sugar, salt, yeast and 2 cups flour. Add eggs and warm liquids until moistened.
    Beat 3 minutes at medium speed.
    Gradually add 2 cups flour and beat until blended. Remove mixture from mixer and add remaining 2 cups flour by hand and blend well.
    Put in greased bowl; cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
    Remove amount needed and knead with little flour as possible.
    Roll out and dip in oleo.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Let rise until double in size.
    Bake in preheated 425\u00b0 oven approximately 20 minutes.
