Signature Crabcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lump backfin crabmeat (picked)
    Juice of 1/2 lemon
    2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
    2 dashes tobasco
    2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
    1 slice fresh bread crumbs
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 egg
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together gently so as not to break up lumps. Scoop out onto greased baking pan with ice cream scoop. Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown.
