Sunday Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Coat chicken pieces with mixture. Place in shallow baking pan and bake uncovered for 1 hour or until done at 350\u00b0F.
    This makes enough coating for several chickens. Store unused mixture in an airtight container.
