Parmesan Fish Fillets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fish fillets (snapper, sole, turbot or cod)
1/4 c. butter or oleo, melted
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs or cracker crumbs can be used
Preparation

Dip fillets into butter mixture (butter and lemon juice) and arrange in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour remaining butter over fish.
Mix seasonings in bowl, along with cheese and crumbs.
Sprinkle over fish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
