Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 doz. mushroom caps, stems removed (save stems)
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 lb. spicy sausage
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 c. fine shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. Chinese 5 spice
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 stick margarine, melted
Preparation

Remove stems and clean with mushroom brush any debris from mushroom caps.
Chop stems into small pieces.
