Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. ground meat
    1 egg
    1/2 c. can milk
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. water
    1 can beef gravy
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients and make patties. Brown in a little fat. Remove browned patties. To the grease, add the flour. Stir until browned. Add the water and gravy.
    Return patties to baking dish. Add gravy.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
