Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. apple pie spice
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix together; pour into crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
