Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sausage
    9 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    3 slices bread, cubed
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    onions, green pepper and mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown and drain sausage.
    Mix together slightly beaten eggs, milk, salt, mustard, cheese and bread.
    Add sausage.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    May store in refrigerator overnight and bake in the morning. Serves 6 to 8.
