Ingredients

4 c. blueberries
1 c. honey
1/4 c. water
juice of 1 lemon
Preparation

In a saucepan, combine blueberries, honey and enough water to just cover the berries.
Bring to a boil and boil 5 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix flour with the 1 cup water until smooth.
Stir mixture into hot berries; cook until slightly thickened.
Stir in lemon juice.
Serve either hot or cold.
Also makes good ice cream topping.
