Quick Potato Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 sq. bitter chocolate
3 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. mashed potatoes
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. confectioners sugar

Preparation

Melt chocolate and butter over hot water.
Add mashed potatoes, salt and vanilla.
Mix thoroughly.
Blend in sugar. Knead until smooth.
Press into buttered 8-inch square pan. Cool. Cut into squares.
