Rice And Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 c. cooked rice
    2 cloves garlic
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 chopped onion
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute the sausage, onion, pepper and garlic, breaking the sausage into small pieces.
    Add all other ingredients; mix well and pour into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake at 300\u00b0 for about 1 hour. Serves 8.
