Glaze For Duck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. apricot juice
    1/4 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Pour over duck.
    Roast at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 325\u00b0 until done.
