Pesto - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cloves garlic
2 c. fresh basil
1 c. walnuts or pine nuts
1 c. olive oil
1 1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Blend first 3 ingredients well.
Pour in slowly the olive oil. Add cheese, salt and pepper.
This freezes well.
Serve over spaghetti.
