Our Family'S Favorite Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground round
    46 oz. tomato juice
    30 oz. kidney beans, drained
    15 oz. tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Brown ground round; drain and rinse with hot tap water.
    In large pan or crock-pot, combine ground round and the rest of the ingredients.
    Simmer on stove top for 3 hours, covered, or cook in crock-pot on low for 10 to 12 hours, or on high for 5 to 6 hours.
