Pizza By The Yard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. sliced olives
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 can (6oz) tomato paste
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 loaf (20\") French bread (halved lengthwise)
    3 medium tomatoes (sliced)
    2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine the uncooked beef, olives, onion, Parmesan cheese, tomato paste, oregano, salt and pepper.
    Spread to the edges of the cut surface of the bread.
    Broil 6-inches from the heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until the meat is fully cooked.
    Top with tomatoes and the mozzarella cheese.
    Broil 2 to 3 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
    Serve immediately.
