Fruit Salad Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 2) can unsweetened pie cherries
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1 (3 oz.) cherry Jell-O
3 medium bananas or 2 large
2 (9-inch) baked pie shells
1 c. broken pecans
Preparation

Mix sugar and flour in saucepan with fruit.
Heat until thick. Remove from heat.
Add the cherry Jell-O (no water).
Let cool. When cool, add the bananas that have been mashed and 1 cup broken pecans.
Refrigerate overnight.
When ready to serve, top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
Real good and fast.
