Green Bean Vinaigrette - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen French-cut green beans
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. sliced ripe olives
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. olive oil
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
3/4 tsp. dried tarragon
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 to 4 Tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
sliced tomatoes
Preparation

Cook green beans according to package directions; drain. Plunge into ice water to stop the cooking process.
Drain and set aside.
