Crock-Pot Nachos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 lb. Velveeta or American cheese
    8 oz. your favorite salsa
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain well.
    Put ground beef, cheese and salsa in crock-pot.
    Stir occasionally until cheese is melted. Pour cheese/meat mixture over chips and enjoy plain, or add any of your favorite toppings, such as jalapenos, sour cream, guacamole, etc.
