No Bake Cherry Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 (8 oz.) containers Cool Whip
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
approximately 20 full graham crackers, ground in blender or food processor
approximately 1 1/2 sticks melted margarine
2 cans cherry pie filling
Preparation

Use mixer to blend softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla.
Add Cool Whip and blend.
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted margarine and press in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread cream cheese mixture on top of crust and spread.
Cover with cherry pie filling and refrigerate.
