Lynn'S Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. lean brisket
    32 oz. bottle ketchup
    16 oz. box dark brown sugar
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Place brisket in roasting pan with half bottle of ketchup evenly distributed.
    Sprinkle half box brown sugar over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Turn brisket over and pour rest of ketchup over top.
    Sprinkle rest of brown sugar on top.
    Bake 1 hour and remove.
    Slice thinly with electric knife and place into pan with the sauce.
    Add 1 cup water and bake 2 to 3 more hours until tender, basting meat periodically.
