Chicken Spaghetti "Norma" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken drumsticks
    5 cloves garlic, pressed
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 can tomato paste
    3 Tbsp. Goya sofrito (Spanish section of supermarket)
    1 bunch cilantro, chopped (in produce section)
    2 c. water
    1 lb. cooked spaghetti
Preparation
    In heavy 4-quart pot, saute garlic in oil for 3 minutes.
    Add drumsticks.
    Simmer until brown, turning frequently.
    After 10 minutes, add tomato paste, sofrito, cilantro and water.
    Bring to a boil; cover tightly and cook on low for 40 minutes.
    Add cooked spaghetti, mix and serve.
