Lima Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dried lima beans (large or small)
    2 Tbsp. salt
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. molasses
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight in water.
    Drain and cover with water. Cook until tender, 30 to 40 minutes.
    Rinse under hot water.
    Put in casserole.
    Add butter.
    Mix in dry ingredients and stir in molasses and sour cream.
    Mix gently.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until thick.
