Grasshopper Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. coconut
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 (9-inch) pie crusts
Preparation
    Mix the sugar, coconut, margarine, raisins, walnuts or pecans, eggs, vanilla and vinegar together well. Pour into 2 (9-inch) pie shells. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until browned on top.
