Nannie'S Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 doz. skinned tomatoes
    4 green peppers
    6 onions
    1 pt. vinegar
    4 apples
    1 tsp. hot sauce
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 hot peppers
    1 bunch celery
    4 peaches
    4 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Chop all ingredients.
    Mix in kettle and slow boil until thick.
    You can eat right away, but tastes better after a week or better.
    While at a slow boil, can and jar.
